We encourage you to pay all fees using your Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit card.
We at Legacy Limousines by M & J LLC charge our customers a service fee, a fuel charge, a matron fee for all reservations accommodating persons under the age of 21(no exceptions), tolls and/or parking fees. The fee quoted by us is ALL INCLUSIVE. Add on fees are discussed below.
FEE FOR CHANGING RESERVATION DATE AND/OR TIME: $100.00. This fee applies only to existing reservations for which a Customer wishes to make date and/or time changes.
AFTER RESERVED hourly service has expired (This POLICY does not include weddings and proms packages), additional time will be charged at the hourly quoted rate (10 minutes charged as 30 minutes/31 minutes as 1 hour).
We can arrange special-request flowers, champagne, entertainers, premium-stocked bar all at an additional cost to you.
Gratuities or CASH given to the driver and/or matron is at your own discretion.
Hourly trips are billed from the time the Limousine arrives at the pick-up location, until the time of drop off at final destination unless the pick up or drop off is outside the target area.
Travel time WILL apply at the hourly contract rate IF the pick-up or drop-off is outside of Nassau, Western Suffolk Area or the Five Boroughs
Client will be fully liable for all other charges that may incur BELOW. Damage charges will be billed to the customers credit card. By renting the Limousine, the customer expressly consents to the additional charges outlined below and authorizes the same to be charged without notice:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
LIMOUSINES CANNOT BE LOADED BEYOND SEATING CAPACITY.
Legacy Limousines by M & J LLC assumes no responsibility for LOST or DAMAGED personal belongings, or any items left in the limousine, so customer must check the Limousine before EXITING.
We are not responsible for traffic encountered during Limousine rental time and any delays caused by directions given to the driver by the passengers.
Third Party Web Sites and Information: The Site may provide hyperlinks to third party web sites or access to third party content. You agree that Legacy Limousines by M & J LLC is not responsible for any content, associated links, resources, or services associated with a third party site.
You further agree that Legacy Limousines by M & J LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any sort associated with your use of third party content. Links and access to these sites are provided for your convenience only.
Point A to Point B service pick-up: Your Limousine/party Bus will arrive 10 minutes early from the requested pick-up time.
Legacy Limousines by M & J LLC shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control due to traffic, weather, road conditions, breakdowns and Acts of God.
Weddings, Proms, Nights Out, Bachelor or Bachelorette Party Policies
Your Party Bus/limousine will arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time.
Weddings/Proms after reserved time expires: 15 minutes are FREE; after that you will be charged a FULL HOUR price - no exceptions.
Party Bus rental require a 3 HOURS minimum charge (Monday-Thursday) or 4 HOURS minimum charge on (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all legal Holidays).
All passengers must be 21 years of age and have valid state issued ID to consume alcohol in our vehicles. No Exceptions. If even one passenger in the party is under the age of 21 ALL complimentary liquor will be REMOVED from the vehicle.
NO SMOKING of any kind at any time in our Limousines.
PROMS, etc.: Legacy Limousines by M & J LLC provides a Chaperone/Matron for all proms and/or events where the passengers are under the age of 21. The fee for the Chaperone is incorporated into the bill.
YOU DO UNDERSTAND that 1/3rd of the total fee is the DEPOSIT required to book any Limousine. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU cancel your Reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS.
FULL PAYMENT for any Limousine that you have booked must be received by Legacy Limousines by M and J LLC72 hours before the scheduled Pick Up. Failure to pay the bill in full in a timely manner will result in the automatic cancellation of the job and forfeiture of your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS
By agreeing to rent the Limousine, the customer expressly consents to the charges and the additional charges outlined herein and expressly authorizes Legacy Limousines by M and J LLC to charge said charges for service, damages and fees to the credit card provided at booking without further notice to the card holder.
POLICY If You Change Your RESERVATION: We will do our utmost to accommodate any reservation change (for example, your chosen pick-up date or time) however, it may not always be possible. You should be aware that changes are subject to availability. It will not be possible to make changes within hours of your scheduled pick-up.

At LEGACY LIMOUSINES BY M & L LLC, we take pride in our punctuality, pleasantness, politeness and patience. We will never cancel on you, and in return we expect that you will NOT CANCEL ON US. If a LIMOUSINE is booked and then canceled, you will be charged as below:
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL (NO EXCEPTIONS). CANCELLATION of a reservation AFTER THE 72 HOUR WINDOW BEFORE PICK UP HAS EXPIRED REQUIRES PAYMENT OF THE FULL CONTRACTED PRICE
TIMELY CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION MUST BE IS RECEIVED IN WRITING AND FAXED TO 516-513-1557 WITHIN 72 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PICK UP. THE TIME AND DATE STAMP ON THE FAX WILL DETERMINE TIMELINESS OF THE NOTIFICATION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
RENTAL SERVICES - WARNING:
Legacy Limousines by M & J LLC reserves the right to TERMINATE any SERVICE, WITHOUTREFUND:
IF the chauffeur on duty reasonable believes that the RENTER or the PARTY of the RENTER is putting any passenger, the CHAUFFEUR or Matron in any DANGER OF INJURY OR, if the RENTER or the PARTY of the RENTER are in the possession of any illegal material or substance. This service will be CANCELLED without REFUND. DON'T ASK! NO EXCEPTIONS!
IF the RENTER or any PARTY of the RENTER is found in possession of alcohol beverages while on the bus or alcohol beverages or beverage containers are found on the bus and any party on the Bus is under the age of 21 or if any illegal substance of any nature is found on the Bus. This service will be CANCELLED without REFUND. DON'T ASK! NO EXCEPTIONS!
